I missed you guys

When i was started to find a job last march 2008.After we finish the 2 weeks training program in EXCELASIA. we hardly find companies that accept a first timer like us. we tried to applied in different call centers like Convergy's,Sitel ,Sykes,APAC,GE Money,Sutherland,TELUS etc. too many to mentioned. but me and my friend JC try to apply until we find out AIMS. American International Marketing Solution's located at raffles building somewhere in ortigas.

Then finally after many interview we passed the final interview on AIMS means that's the start of Training Day being a Call Center Agent.

Me and Jc were very happy about what happened.So after that we meet a lot of different people some of them now are my friends. but they didn't make it until the end. because first the training session will last for 3 weeks without allowance etc.

But i admitted that the Trainers and Mentors of AIMS is one of the best because i've learned more things about this career.

We handle the Survey Campaign of Australia "TEAM VEZ".of course our Team Leader is none other than Vez. And our client is one of the biggest vacation resort the Wyndham Worldwide. which affiliated to Ramada, Travel lodge , Howard and Johnson.

While Jc were on the other TEAM. with TEAM Wally.

I missed my former team mates and friends like natalie,sir vez, sir wally,mommy awie,estelito,janice and the others. Special Mentioned Daddy Ben the QA and the IT personnel. hahahahahh (-_-)y peace !

I hope that we reach our own goals in life and success!

I miss my colleagues :(

hay parang kelan lang magkakasama tayo kumakain ng lugaw sa libertad.
parang kelan lang ng tayo'y makakasamang naglalakas papuntang PLP going to PCGH,
parang kelan lang nagkokpyahan tayo ng mga sagot sa mga exam natin lalo kay mam loste.

Namimiss ko ang kwentuhan natin mga kalokohan at damayan sa chick's man o tagayan.

Naalala ko pa parang kelan lang nagsayaw kayong dalawa ng dahil sa grade natin sa Health Economics.

Saturday was the end of the week for us. So our TL with bright idea's told us to have a break and ask to went to a drinking bar @ around 10 in the morning!

. Well correction hindi siya mukhang manang.sadyang binansagan lang po talaga siya ng kanyang mabubuting ahente.

Of COURSE TOGETHER WITH OUR BOSS, Sir Raffy and Sir Richard.

on our way to our destination, we are annoying each other and laughing together with the jokes of all us.

Our "PAMBATO" siyempre the one and only QUEEN of The UNDIN, non other than Ricky a.k.a RICKA...

and from the TEAM AT&T all of them are laughing also Undin because he was a very mischievous person ,i mean that has a bubbly personality.

AT last we reached the venue but unfortunately the venue was full pack with other call center agent's. Some of them are drunk already some of them are singing out of tune!

well after 30 minutes we find a table and order a bucket of cold San Miguel Pilsen BEER!!!

We won a "YELLOW CAB PIZZA"

After 1 week of low production. Team PBI wake and rise by the spiff offered by our "Sexy" Team Leader Clarice to us. a "Yellow Cab Pizza" not 1 but 3 whole pizza.

Well we are not actually motivated by pizza it's a co incidence that the leads are new and fresh. even the time was near we focus our mind to have an appointment.

Thanks for stef for hiding her one appointment. because TL clarice told her not to mentioned it.

At last after 2weeks of pizza spiff we eat it!

TEAM PBI

As we grow older we've met a lot of people that sometimes might be part of your daily living. And here's my second family because even we are different age and status some of them are senior citizen already (^_^) not to mention "Mommy Donna" and " Mommy Jackie" the 2 mother of our TEAM. well both of them really wants to take a "PEE" every 2 hours. they are like virgins. according to the experts ("Mommy Donna") those virgin are more chances to taking "PEE" than the sex oriented ladies.

Let me introduce you one by one my TEAM.

Mommy Donna: 'the balahura" well mommy donna is a very liberated person and wants a sex topic. ( you can also call her "HOT MAMA".)

Mommy Jackie: the simply kikay mommy of the TEAM. well actually mommy jackie immune in the sex topic and escapades of mommy donna. well not only mommy donna even sir raffy.

Micah: a.k.a dona buding, beware of micah because she owns a little gun on her bag.

Mae: well mae act like a rockers lady but kinda shy type person

Paula: the "matang kalabaw " friend of undin. well everytime or most of the time undin and paula annoying each other.

Mauie: the boyish girl that has a boyfriend always beside her in the whole shift. (poor guy). well mauie is like mataray pero mabait. ECHOSERA according to stef.

Stef: the religious girl that bluff undin and the gang. undin rename stef as "onggoy". don't scared stef because she always shout "IN JESUS NAME".

TL Clarice: the cool TL with ozzing personality (Nakanamppooch)... Pa-Burger ka TL ah. the very simple,cool, understanding in all aspects specially in lending money during crisis. (-_-)y...

QA JOEL: Big Brother who always be there to correct our grammar and pronunciation.that why we call him "BIG BROTHER" that has a LACTOSETOLERANCE syndrome. :(


And ME: The makulit,antukin,matakaw at mapangasar! TL rename me as marc (MOTMOT) for adults only lang po yung meaning nun.

AND OF COURSE

Our Two Big Bosses are Sir Raffy And Sir Richard . Actually they are cool Boss. It seems that they didn't absorb any problems. Well even they are cool boss they have different style.

Well the "TEAM PBI" is one of happiest team here in our office.

Aside from the bonding moment we have also sad moment, once in a blue moon only.
after our shift we all together walk to our way home but of course mommy donna will ask to eat tocilog in the near mall. and undin buy his favorite food " NILUPAK" and me buy my TAIPAN NOODLES with hot spices!

Of course there are new teams born, but they didn't mingle much to us. but they are united as far as i observed.


Hopefully the TEAM will stay for a long time together. And Grow together.

i know that sooner or later all of us will promoted...

heheheeheheheh....


As of now we will gonna enjoy the "SPIF" YELLOW CAB PIZZA and the bonding moment of Us.


Well TL Clarice told us that she needs to find another Team Leader for Us. (Snif,Snif)..

but she told me that she will going to find the same attitude like her hopefully. knowing the TEAM PBI might bully the new TL. (joke)
